Detailed description of the works Simple and small open plan attic conversion (non-habitable) including installation of stairs, insulation, small amount of electrical work and plumbing of a radiator, installation of 3 velux roof-lights and of course plaster boarding and plastering. We hope to begin in September and do have a budget. All trusses are already in place for a conversion.
